Revenue Share & Payout Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Effective date: 18 August 2026

Policy version: 2026-08-18

HEETIA TECHNOLOGIES LLP, doing business as Vriona ("we", "us", or "our"), operates the Vriona platform at https://www.vriona.com, including our web application, desktop applications, and related APIs (collectively, the "Service").

This Revenue Share & Payout Policy explains when institute and student partners may earn a revenue share on eligible interviews, how that share is calculated, and how payouts are processed in India. By continuing to use partner billing and payout features, you agree to this policy.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies only to:

  • Institute partners (colleges, universities, training institutes, and similar campus programmes) using Vriona partner billing
  • Student partners operating under an institute or student-partner arrangement on the Service

It does not apply to individual candidates using Vriona for personal accounts, recruiters/HR users, or other commercial arrangements unless we expressly incorporate this policy in a written partner agreement.

Where a signed partner agreement conflicts with this policy on a specific commercial term, that agreement prevails for that term. Otherwise, this policy and the rates shown in your partner Billing dashboard apply.

2. Eligibility for revenue share

Subject to this policy and your configured partner rates, you may earn a revenue share on billable campus or assessment interviews that:

  • Are started through a partner invite (including campus, institute, or assessment invite flows on the Service); and
  • Complete as a billable session under Vriona's billing rules

Only completed, billable partner-invite interviews of this kind are eligible for share accrual.

2.1 No share on personal or self-practice sessions

There is no revenue share on personal or self-practice 1:1 AI interview sessions taken by students on their own account (including self-started practice, drill, or similar non–partner-invite sessions), even if the student is affiliated with your institute.

Bulk or pack credits later used for such personal/self-practice sessions do not create a partner revenue-share entitlement under this policy.

2.2 No share on human mock interviews

There is no revenue share on human mock interviews (live sessions with a human interviewer / professional interviewer, including any booking, scheduling, or payout arrangements for human-led mock interviews on the Service).

Human mock interviews are outside the institute AI campus/assessment revenue-share model described in this policy. Any fees or payments related to human mock interviews are governed by the applicable product pricing, interviewer terms, or a separate written agreement—not by this Revenue Share & Payout Policy.

3. How the share is calculated

Unless your partner configuration states otherwise:

  1. We start from the applicable list or contract rate for the interview type.
  2. We apply any commercial discounts that apply to that billable event (for example volume or promotional discounts configured for your account).
  3. Your revenue share is your partner percentage (or configured amount) of the resulting net billable amount after those discounts.
  4. GST, TDS, and other statutory amounts are handled as applicable under Indian law and your tax documentation. Tax treatment may affect the net amount payable to you; it does not by itself change the eligibility rules in Section 2.

Amounts, percentages, interview rates, payout cycle, and minimum payout threshold shown under Billing → Your rates / payouts in the partner portal prevail when configured for your account. If nothing is configured, Vriona's then-current defaults and this policy apply.

4. Bulk packs — no share on the pack purchase

When an institute purchases a bulk session pack (or similar prepaid pack) on the Service, that purchase is a sale of credits/sessions to the institute.

No revenue share is earned on the pack purchase itself.

Any later share, if any, arises only when an eligible billable partner-invite interview completes under Sections 2 and 3, and only as reflected in your Billing configuration.

5. Accrual, thresholds, and payout cycle

  • Accrual: Eligible partner share generally accrues when the corresponding interview becomes billable and completes under our billing records.
  • Minimum payout threshold: Payouts are typically released only when accrued unpaid share meets the minimum threshold for your account. The default is often ₹500, or the threshold configured for your partner profile under Billing.
  • Payout cycle: The default cycle is monthly, unless a different cycle is configured for your account.
  • KYC and bank details: We may hold or delay payouts if KYC, PAN, GSTIN (where relevant), or bank account details are incomplete, inaccurate, or unverified. You are responsible for keeping payout and tax details current.

Payout status and history are available in the partner Billing area when enabled for your account.

6. Refunds, voids, and fraud

If a billable interview is refunded, voided, charged back, reversed, or later determined to involve fraud, abuse, or policy breach, any related partner share may be:

  • Cancelled before payout;
  • Deducted from future accruals; or
  • Recovered from amounts already paid, where permitted by law and your agreement

Vriona may investigate disputed sessions and adjust billing and share accordingly.

7. Non-billable sessions

The following are not billable for revenue-share purposes (non-exhaustive):

  • Pending or incomplete sessions that never reach a completed billable state
  • Abandoned sessions
  • Technical failures that prevent a valid completed interview under our billing rules
  • Cancelled invites or sessions

Non-billable sessions do not accrue partner share.

8. Worked example

Illustrative only; your configured rates control:

  1. List price for an eligible completed partner-invite interview: ₹1,000
  2. Applicable commercial discount: 20% → net billable amount ₹800
  3. Partner revenue-share rate: 30% of net billable amount
  4. Accrued partner share: ₹240 (before any TDS or other statutory withholdings that may apply at payout)

GST invoicing and tax withholding are applied separately as required. This example does not create a rate commitment.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Revenue Share & Payout Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date and policy version. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.

Continued use of partner billing, invite, assessment, or payout features after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
