2.1 Information you provide

Account details: name, email address, phone number, password (stored in hashed form), and profile information
Resume and career data: education, work history, skills, certifications, and other information you upload or enter
Interview content: spoken answers, text responses, code submissions, and related session metadata
Employer / HR data: company name, job descriptions, hiring preferences, team member details, and billing information
Communications: messages sent through contact forms, support requests, and email correspondence
Partner configuration: API keys, webhook settings, branding preferences, and integration metadata

2.2 Information collected automatically

Usage data: pages viewed, features used, session duration, clicks, and referral sources
Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, app version, language, and time zone
Log and security data: authentication events, error logs, and abuse-prevention signals

2.3 Sensitive processing during interviews

Depending on the features you enable, we may process:

Audio and voice data during voice-based interview and discussion modes
Webcam images or video during proctored sessions, where permitted by your device and browser
Screen or environment signals on supported desktop proctoring flows

We use these only to run interviews, provide feedback, maintain session integrity, and improve product safety—not for unrelated profiling.

Conduct AI-powered mock interviews, coding rounds, scoring, and feedback
Parse resumes and match candidates with job descriptions where you use those features

Process payments and manage subscriptions for paid plans
Send service-related notices, security alerts, and product updates
Respond to support requests and improve the Service

We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI processing

Vriona uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to:

Generate interview questions and follow-ups
Evaluate responses and produce scores or feedback
Parse resumes and job descriptions
Suggest candidate–role matches for HR users

AI outputs are assistive and may not be fully accurate. They should not be the sole basis for employment decisions. Human review is encouraged, especially for hiring outcomes.

We may use third-party AI or cloud providers to process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

5. Recruiter visibility and consent

For candidates:

You are not visible to recruiters by default
You must explicitly enable visibility in your settings before employers can discover your profile
You may control which information is shown and revoke visibility at any time, subject to records we must retain for legal or billing reasons
Contact details may be shared with a recruiter only after you approve a connection or unlock request, where that feature is enabled

We may share personal data with:

Service providers (cloud hosting, email, analytics, payment processors, AI infrastructure) who process data only on our instructions
Partner organizations when you access Vriona through an embedded or partner-branded experience authorized by that partner
Employers / HR users according to your visibility and consent settings
Legal and safety recipients when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security
Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required

We require processors to protect data consistent with this policy and applicable law.
